1Is this fortune-telling?

No. BaZi is a structured system for reading character and tendencies. TalentLens uses it as a profiling engine and gives you business insight, never predictions or superstition.

2What if I don't know the birth time?

The date alone gives a strong character read. Birth time sharpens it further, but it isn't required to get a useful report.

3Where does our data go?

Only the birth details are used, and they're processed securely. No CVs, no sensitive HR files needed. We never share or sell data.

4Can candidates fake the result?

No. Unlike personality tests, there are no questions to perform on. The read comes from a fixed birth date, so it can't be gamed.

5Do credits roll over each year?

Credits reset at each annual renewal, keeping things simple. They're pooled at company level, so your whole HR team draws from one balance.
